FAMILY MATTERS
 

       First of all, let us state with the utmost sincerity, we have no wish to see marriages fall
  apart.  Therefore, the first thing we will discuss is any possible way your marriage can be
  saved.  We'd rather you continue on as a happy couple after some counseling, than as a
  paying client of the firm.  Marriage has been taken all too lightly in this day and age.
  However, we do understand that often, it is just over.  In that case you need legal action.

       While we are not currently litigating cases in this field we are available for consult.  We can discuss what options are available to you and refer you to level headed counsel who will handle the litigation of the matter.  We provide a less expensive alternative to get the situation organized than the litigation attorneys.  Since all parties know we will not litigate the matter, we find it provides a more amicable situation for war free resolution.
