Michael Klasfeld was born into real estate since he was a child, with his earliest memories being of digging ditches around a family managed apartment complex. He has been a real estate investor since the 1980s. He has been involved in most every aspect of apartment management and real estate investing. He has trained with and still keeps close friendly ties with Robert Shemin (of Best Selling Book, “How Come that Idiot’s Rich and I’m Not” fame), Robert Feol (Short Term Retirement Plan), and David Shammy. Having graduated Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, he decided to expand into law graduating University of Miami School of Law and becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 1997. He has been involved personally in several hundred real estate transactions, and been counsel for many more throughout the entire state of Florida. While Michael’s passion has been real estate, he has been involved in many aspects of law, including some precedent setting appellate cases. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Southern District of Florida Federal Bar. He also is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil mediator, and has been so for over a decade.
